Essential.

In 2015 a harsh reality hit close to home. My mother was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer which was later discovered that the cancer had been chemo resistant and actually progressed towards her lymph nodes. (If you ask me… the 2 month break that she was given due to Dr’s. Vacations and the “Holidays”) Put a stop to my mother receiving Chemotherapeutic care actually resulted in a very aggressive cancer taking charge with vengeance. Surgery was expected once the tumor decreased… because at the time the tumor was the size of a Grown Man’s fist. (That was what I was told by the Dr. himself) surgery was  around my birthday once again… (I might add for 3 years straight Feb. was a dreadful month) My mother had a double mastectomy and a full hysterectomy and of course biopsies were performed during the operation … only to find out that the nipples came back positive for cancerous cells… and a week after her surgery she had to have another surgery to remove the nipples entirely. At the beginning of this year on Feb 15, 2017 she had a full reconstruction done. ( Excess tissue was removed from her lower stomach and her own body fat was then placed in the chest cavity and … the rest is history) .. My grandmother’s medical history I shall save for another day.
I started to do research on everything and anything as to what could be done holistically to improve health conditions and just help prevent the likelihood of Cancer; Also, to possibly make a difference in others lives. I have tons of research written down all done thanks to the wonderful good old fashion Public Library not to forget Barnes and Nobles and lots to Starbucks coffee ! 🙂 – Last but not least the Internet. [Keep in mind none of this information is intended to replace professional medical treatment] – Out of curiosity I just began to investigate for myself and I’ll share as much as I can …
  • Lavender Oil: Has been found to have antifungal properties and test have proven that it helps fight candida.
  • Lemon: Kills MRSA
  • Oregano: Anti-bacterial properties ; some have even used it as an antibiotic alternative.
  • Lemongrass: This oil has been found to fight the toughest multi-drug resistant organisms.
  • Thyme: Effective against germs.
  • Ginger: Relieves Stress but great on killing bacteria and viruses and awesome for floor cleaning purposes.
  • Spearmint: Anti-bacterial
  • Rosemary: Disinfectant purposes and great scent.
  • Frankincense: Potentially good in helping fight cancer.
  • Clary Sage: Anti- Fungal

Several if not ALL of these Essential Oil types and others not listed have amazing properties that aren’t expressed above. I recommend doing additional research for more information.

I will mention that my thoughts on this matter also have to do with our diets have a lot to do and of course our genetic make up. I will however agree to the statement that “too much of one thing is bad”
We need to have control of what we intake and what we surround ourselves with. It’s like a chronic cigarette smoker… if they stop smoking their lungs will slowly but surely begin to repair themselves.
